## Travel

-   UW CSDE will provide reimbursement for any mileage driven or public transportation that you had to take in order to get to the event venues. For UW academics, we can only reimburse mileage/public transportation for your trip to Olympia, not for the UW Seattle event. We will also reimburse any parking costs that you incur from these events. Again, for UW academics we can't reimburse parking at the UW Seattle event. 
-   For mileage reimbursement please provide:
    -  Google map routing from your starting location to your end location.
 
-   For public transportation:
    -  Please provide full itemized receipt.

-   For parking:
    -  Please provide full itemized receipt.

## Meals

-   Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for both events on April 24th and May 22nd. Meal per diem will not be applicable. If you have any quesions about meals or dietary restrictions, please email Maddie at [csde-prgm-coord\@uw.edu](mailto:csde-prgm-coord@uw.edu).
-   For catered meals, we will accommodate dietary restrictions that are provided to us in advance of the events.
-   If a meal is provided but you choose to not eat what is provided, you will not be able to receive meal per diem for that meal.
